Issue 01 · Sandton · Winter

Wear the
feeling you
walked in with.

Impahla iyimizwa — clothing becomes emotion. Cut for the hour between work and home, when Joburg goes quiet and you keep walking anyway.

Feature — The weight of a feeling

A garment should hold the mood, not perform it.

Every piece starts with a walk. Nelson Mandela Square at dusk, the Gautrain home, a garage forecourt at 3am. We pattern for the body in motion — dropped shoulders, long hems, sleeves that swallow the hands when you'd rather disappear.

Fabric is chosen by weight and memory: heavy loopback that creases where you fold, brushed cotton that softens into the shape of the week you had.

Nothing here is loud. It sits close, keeps quiet, and lets the feeling be the loudest thing you're wearing.
